Best starting mods

I have had my R3 for over a year now and have decided to start tinkering with it. Being new to bikes I don't know a whole lot about them. I already have a motodynamic fender eliminator kit along with sequential led taillight and flush mount side markers. Looking to get opinions on what to do next on the performance side. I'm looking at possibly doing a full exhaust and pvc within the next week but have read that it isn't necessarily worth it? Also have been reading that the stock tires aren't great. I mostly use the bike for commuting. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Just get some good rubber on it. The exhaust is just aesthetics and a power loss without a piggyback of some kind.

Do the R6 throttle tube mod. It is by far the best thing you could ask for on this bike.
Night and day as far as I'm concerned. And for $20, you can't beat the bang for buck.

Start with Pirelli Diablo III tires. Traction and cornering are great with them tires.
