Norway (North Europe). Yeeh it sucks. Can drop another example, a yamaha R1 cost around 30.000usd.
Alot of taxes calculated on kw/hp, weight and co2 emission.

Its the same story for cars over here to.
Chevrolet Camaro 6,2L costs around 190.000 usd...... Its sick...

Been calling local dealers within a two hour ride to get pricing... going to start having them compete for my business... but most only ordered 1 of each color...

got some reasonable quotes and outrageous ones but no exact numbers without bikes on hand... like one guy says they like to get creative with destination charges set up fees and what not... lets see how it plays out over the next couple weeks...

$5400 OTD
Also Toronto

Although that's with some family discount.

There isn't much markup on these to really get much of a deal.

Local dealership in the San Francisco Bay area just marked down 2014 ninja 300s a thousand dollars of previous MSRP to new price of 4299...

im sure there still has to be some built in profit there otherwise theyre loosing money on the sale...

without getting a hold of a dealers invoice price we dont know how much the markup is and how much we can potentially save...

im going to start low balling people on craigs list.. i might be able to get a semi new ninja for half the price or the new R3... things are getting tight between Kawasaki and Yamaha

I know what the cost is. I didn't pay much above it. But taxes kill it here. USA and Canada don't compare.

I also won't buy a Kawasaki product but that's a personal opinion.

Whats the invoice price?

it might be the same nation wide considering thats the price the pay yamaha for the bike... maybe everyone will save money now knowing the invoice price

I have a deposit in for one with a semi-agreed upon price of $4690. $300 off MSRP. Semi-agreed because I haven't even negotiated yet. I told them I talked to another dealer and they lowered the price right off the bat. In other words, I will not be paying more than $4690 before taxes and fees. When it comes in then I will get down to get it hopefully even cheaper.

This also comes with the dealer offering the Kawasaki Ninja 300 SE for $3799...
I have been deciding all day over the $1000 price difference. but I will stay with the R3.

First bike: R3.
Bikes arrival:4/14/2015
Mileage when I got it: 1 (yes that is a one)
Current Mileage: 2386miles (as of 8/22/15)

Bikes nicname: Tie Fighter
