You must have the same kind of luck as me. I have a feeling you have nothing to worry about...

Sorry, case of mistaken identity. I must have been on the page for another bike, other than the R3 page, when I did a "Page Back" click on my mouse.

Aplogies for getting anyone's hopes up.

TST website says:

COMING SOON
Exact release date is unknown but expected around end of summer 2015!
Simple definition of "soon" by Webster: "at a time that is not long from now"

Let's see....thread started 7/11/15. Tis now Feb 12, 2016. Hmmm. It's only been 7 months and counting. Does that constitute soon or no?

These haven't been released yet and they've also removed the FE Kit listing. Maybe that "coming soon" item is cancelled? Stuck in R&D for perpetuity? I know so many of us are waiting with bated breath for the Halo's &/or Fender Eliminator Kit.

What is weird is I won the non-adjustable unit during the holiday giveaway. It is a really nice, clean, and well thought out design that is also machined with quality; the unit is fairly simple and ostensibly a "mature" product in its design cycle, so I wonder what the hold up is? The TST forum agent hasn't been around in a while either.

I emailed them today funnily enough. I bought the non-Halo flushmount front turn signals from TST but don't want to install them if the Halo's release is impending. But at this point, I am about to give up. With the proliferation of other FE kits out there, they're losing a lot of purchasers of this product as well. I'd say it is better than the Graves or Yosh, and comparable but different than the Vagabond. The Vagabond and TST kits are the two best out there and I think it basically comes down to taste when choosing.

Hope the Halo's are released soon!

That's interesting that they removed the FE products...

When they sent me the free adjustable FE kit, they said it was not the final product, but an advanced prototype. Maybe they're working on a re-design for manufacturing purposes? Who knows?

It would be nice if the Halos were available before the 2016 R3s hit the showrooms.

Hey everyone! Thank you all for the support and for being so patient with our R3 products.

We are a small family business with many markets to serve. We launch new parts for Yamaha, Honda, Kawasaki, Suzuki, Ducati, and now also KTM. With our small team it is impossible to pop out parts as quickly as our larger competitors. Especially so because we design most of these parts from scratch. These are fresh new concepts that don’t exist anywhere else and require many hours of R&D to get just right. Every design has to be perfected, then undergo a couple rounds of prototyping and re-design to ensure that this new product will live up to our brand’s reputation. After all that, industrial tooling has to be made to enable the manufacturing of these parts. Being that we have a few projects going at any given time, each of them takes a long time to bring to the market. So is the case with our Yamaha Halo-1 system. The engineer responsible for the design and manufacture of this system has been working on the design for over a year now. Because of running a couple different design projects concurrently, as well our involvement in racing, the Halo-1 project is taking a long time.

The attached photo is a little update of where we are with the project as of March 2016. We are working hard at bringing this much anticipated signaling system to the market. We will be launching it as soon as we can, but there is no release date yet so the status on the ad will remain as “Coming Soon”

And in case anyone hasn't seen it yet, our R3 Fender Eliminator is now available on our website! SHOP NOW!
