Nice build. I picked up a new R3 the other day and have a pile of parts in the corner of my office. I had the Andriani's on my old CBR250R and they worked really well. Pretty impressed with the quality of them. I have a set on order for the R3 as well.

Did you go with the Spears levers? They look like quality units and cost quite a bit less than CRGs.

If you are asking me, I went with a lever that looks suspiciously like the Spears ones. I think I got mine off ebay. So far they seem to be working well. They are a bit squarish, though, and I'm not 100% satisfied with the way they feel because of that. A bit rounder would have been nicer, but at the price I got them I won't complain too much.

Speaking of levers, after my last track day I finally decided to upgrade to CRG levers. Have not yet installed them, but the feel is so much better (less squarish).

Every time I got on that bike the levers always felt awkward. Now they'll feel like my other bikes. Ahhhh....
