Haha, was wondering if you'd be selling the original fairings, as I'm in the market for the grey ones, then I read the rest of the thread .

Glad, you're OK! Interested to see how you go in the race.

Good luck!

That Kaneg looks amazingly similar to my trusty Baxley:

Great product.

Going down twice in one weekend - ouch - what tire pressures were you running?

I was running 30F/28R (hot). I wasn't able to keep any heat in the front so dropped it to 28F/28R (hot).

Obviously I couldn't leave the fairings how they were (awful scratched up black gel coat). If I were at home then they would get a decent fresh coat of paint but without the equipment and thousands of km's away from home this wasn't an option either. Vinyl wrap seemed like the easiest and best option for the moment. Unfortunately I didn't order enough vinyl wrap though

Adding a few of the series sponsors and personal sponsor stickers (www.kaneg.com.au), still waiting on my major sponsor decals though (www.brandsense.com.au)

Hey we will meet. How easy is it to fit the Yamaha fairing kit? Does tail brake light need to go?

and stock tire is very slippery.

Not really much different than fitting any other race fairings, allow more time than you expect and be aware race fairings will never fit like OEM fairings, sometimes the marked drill holes don't line up so don't drill until until you have everything where you want it
