Selling my r3 question

Does anyone know how to remove a license plate from the TST license plate light? I can't remember but I think it's stuck on there with some kind of 3M super sticky adhesive tape. Can I just rip it off? Selling my bike so want to leave and reusable for the buyer if possible

If you are talking about the TST license plate light, then yes I believe it's mounted to the back of the license plate via some type of adhesive. All you would have to do is remove it and disconnect the power cables.

Yes, you will have to tear or pry it off your license plate.

Applying heat (hairdryer or heat gun) would likely assist.

I would just gently pry it off. It can be reattached with double sided tape easily.
