New owner to a used 2016 Yamaha yzf R3

I just got the bike today, man was I excited lol. I owned a ninja 300 two years ago, and always wanted a R3. glad I picked it up. I actually prefer to ride smaller cc bike. I've ridden sporters, cbr 954, cbr 600 as well. I seem to prefer the 300 class. Easy to ride, fun. Anyways, the only upgrade I am looking on doing right now is the exhaust.

If someone has either slip on or full exhaust (aftermarket) for sale lmk

Welcome to the forum, and congrats on the new bike. Quiet often exhausts systems are for sale on here. Upper Left Side of this page, scroll over "Forums" then down to "Yamaha YZF R3 Marketplace", then "Yamaha R3 parts for Sale". Have a look. If you're unsure what kinds of exhaust, same area, "Forums", "2015 Yamaha R3 Tech Talk", the "Exhaust & Fuel Delivery". Good Luck and enjoy the ride.

To ride or not to ride? What a stupid question! ... Anon

Thank you! Yes I’m checking on the marketplace, seems like some people don’t check the forum often since I haven’t gotten a response. But I’ll keep an eye out.

If you check the last post Jesse says it's been sold already

Just courteous, do you also plan to address the ECU mapping for air/fuel mixture changes after your exhaust replacement?

Congrats! Just joined the forum myself after falling in love with the R3 last year.
I've rode much bigger and faster bikes, but the R3 is what I had the most fun on and it just felt right so I know exactly what you mean.

Can't wait to pick up mine next week.
