Yes, here is my R3. Posted a 5 part series on the mods I made as I went along.


Also have a 2015 Grom, 2013 V-Star 1300 Deluxe, 2009 Suzuki DR200SE

I went to Grad school at U.C. Davis and lived in Davis and Sacramento for 11 years, 1978 to 1989. Used to ride my motorcycles and bicycles in Nevada County a lot. Never missed the Nevada City Classic.

After owning and riding both...

The R3 is FAR superior to the RD400 of the 70s. However that being said....The RD350LC, that is what the R3 feels like.

Added the 2016 side covers and a Seat Concepts seat.
