Went to the track today. Before I went, I changed my shift rod and put the lever that it attaches to in a better position (more vertical). I had no issues except for one time when I kicked to 4th and it immediately rebelled. But I don't count that one as a fail. I might not have kicked hard enough for all I know.

Have you tried playing with the quick shift cut/delay times like extending them?

Having same issue

This is an old tread but I had this exact same issue at a track day this past weekend. Gearbox was dropping out of 4th back to 3rd. Is this a known issue? I also have a Power Commander 5 installed with the quick shift. Where you guys able to resolve the issue?

Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention
of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body,
but rather to skid in broadside, thoroughly used up,
totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming --
"WOW -- What a Ride!"
