Bought my blue baby August 6th, 2019.
My first NEW vehicle from a dealership. Paid cash, and got a smoking deal from Northern Power Sports in Fairbanks, ak. $4588 out the door, all fees included and a nice modular hjc helmet to boot!

Drivetrain
Removed rear brake, rotor, pedals. Don’t use the rear brake enough to justify that much weight.
Interior
Plan on a complete rebuild eventually.
For now, took off the smog stuff, and all hoses. Installed a race filter, m4 works titanium exhaust and an Aracer super 2 ecu.

Exterior
Started by taking everything off the bike, and put almost nothing back on. Fabbed up a couple of new body panels out of .016 aluminum , wrapped in flat black wrap and reinstalled along the side of the tank and the rear seat cover.
Audio
Nothing yet, had to soften rear spring when I had removed over 55 lbsoff the bike.
Suspension
Took them all off. Did you know your bike will run just fine without the gauge cluster??. Good way to keep the miles down!
