15 R3 For Sale in PA Blue 300 mile MINT

I bought this bike without test riding. I am not a new rider. I ride an FZ-09 and going from 115 hp to this bike has been underwhelming.

I took it out twice and it has 300 miles. It doesn't have a scratch. It's completely mint. I have never gone over the recommended RPMs.

If you want a mint blue R3 in the Lancaster, PA area, please send me a message here. Thanks!

Asking $5000
(I would trade for a newer 600 cc, either a GSXR600 or ZX6R, or possibly a higher cc cruiser for my husband)

Yeah, my other bikes are well over 100 hp (and I race them). The R3 is not exactly an overpowered beast, but big fun on the track. Great beginner bike - post photos - may help you to get a buyer.
You bought the r3 because you wanted a lightweight bike that you can move around in the garage yourself unlike the FZ09, but the r3 is too weak for you.

I think its time to look into electric motorcycles. Light and torquey powerful. Zero S, 376lbs weight, 68ftlb torque. Comes at a premium though, around twice the price as the r3. Unless speed is also your thing then nevermind.

ps., Jen before you sell it, I'd recommend redlining the motorcycle up the gears a few times. At least feel the full power of the r3 before writing it off.

Current price for a new 2015 Zero S start at $12,000. You might find a leftover 2014 for around $9,000, though.

You can extend the range from 130 miles up to 185 miles by adding the Power Pack, but that costs an additional $2,495.

Hi Jen, Sorry to hear you want to sell this already. I'm from Hershey and was looking to get one but now I'm not sure yet.

If you are a new rider, this is fine. If you are not and are used to fast bikes, you will be bored.

The bike looks great, won't get you into too much trouble, is easy to ride, and is inexpensive, and made by Yamaha. A ZX6R it is not

I took BRC 2 with this bike. It's loads of fun in turns. As far as red lining it, I'm trying to keep it within the break in parameters since I wouldn't want a bike that someone abused, and act accordingly.

If I keep it past 600, yes, I'll red line it!

Glowing sales pitch (You must bore easily) >:D
Tell this guy it's slow and boring: http://www.r3-forums.com/forum/761-spears-racing/58818-spears-racing-new-lap-record-miller.html - yeah it's slow, less than 5 seconds off most of the R6's.

Hope you sell it soon.
