$17 Universal Fender Eliminator
The brand is PSR USA. Fortunate that the FE holes line up with the holes on the undertail. $17 from Simi Valley Cycles (California) or can be found online. I've used this same one for my 2009 GSXR600, 2011 GSXR600 and 2014 Honda Grom.

That is a vagabond eliminator in my picture. Stock plate light. I was only showing him my dealer tag, should have clarified that
