Good stuff. That looks like an epic adventure. Great scenery.

Out of interest, where is that Lake? It looks amazing.

that is a very good question... let me see if I can find it on google maps

found it.
Thanks for that. I will add it to my wish list of places to visit. It's 11,550km from my current location according to the GPS, so I don't think I will be going there anytime soon though!

I do have a friend living in Vancouver though so maybe one day.

Great pictures. Awesome adventure. Too cold for me! Love the shot of the R3 with bugs all over his nose.

it was only that cold way up high. down low it got to around 22-27 degrees C. always switching gloves back and forth.

The chain stretched about 1/2 inch on the ride had to adj it quite a bit when I got home it was getting really sloppy near the end
Great pics Rossco thanks for sharing.
No problem! there will be many more.
Combining my two favorite things, mountains and motorcycles. I would love to head out the rockies and ride them up north and then out west through canada. What an amazing trip that would be. There's nothing that compares over here on the east coast.
I agree we are lucky. The Alaska highway is another I want to do on r3 soon
