Has anyone installed Alarm system for R3? which basically makes loud noise when someone touches the bike. Is it safe to install such extra electronics without messing up the bike?

I'm looking for something which makes big noise when someone touches it because that's the biggest problem here, mostly people want to sit while on side stand and press the clutch, pull the throttle etc. Also wanted to know if putting these things will break the warranty, battery life etc..

Check these out. I have the previous version, the 8007, on one of my bikes and it works great. They're running right around $100 on eBay currently. $91.50 on Amazon.

5-tone Siren
2-stage Shock Sensor
Motion Tilt Sensor
Current Sensor
LED Warning Light
Remote Transmitter

No warranty issues. Claimed 30 minute installation (I'd say it's an hour or so). Keep your R3 on a trickle charger and you'll have no battery issues, either.

just a follow up on it, did you put it inside the fairings or under the passenger seat? I am about to bite the bullet to get this(school started and too many kids). Wonder if it works under the passenger seat(so I don't have to find a day to take of fairings to install them).

I have mine on another bike, not the R3.

Plus, it's a previous version and is a larger unit. So, I don't know if the latest version would fit under the R3s seat. Might fit under the passenger seat, though.
