You could run a string along the line and measure it off the bike. I'm interested to know as well too though since my rearsets are set up for an ABS model but I just have the standard model.
Brake lines length (with ABS?)
As the title suggests, does anyone know what the length of the EU model brake lines are? I'm looking to upgrade to steel lines, and I'm not really sure how to go about measuring it myself as I'm not really confident in disassembling things on my own.

Go to your local bike shop, preferably one that supports local club racing. Take the bike. That way, the shop can make the measurements, order the lines and be there to help if there is a problem. Chances are someone in your local club racing community has done exactly what you want to do, and the shop may already have worked out the best fit on another bike.
FWIW, it took me three tries before I got the length and fitting style that worked best for my set-up.
