Have you done the coolant hose recall?
Coolant overflow?
So over the past month or so I've noticed some drops of liquid at the front/bottom of the fairings. Usually after highway riding 100-130kmh for shortish periods. But yesterday there was ALOT more and now its got me concerned. I've been told its probably just the overflow but its not like its over filled and the bikes heat doesnt go higher than 3 bars on the screen. Any ideas?

My gut says that is NOT the overflow.... The overflow coolant reservoir is on the left side of the bike, about where the back side of your left knee would be. Given the forward motion of riding the bike, it would be nearly impossible for the coolant to go "forward" (against the wind), and end up where it did. I know the coolant hose recall was on the bikes RIGHT side. Yours looks to be on the bikes LEFT side. It's really hard to tell from the picture, but that looks more like oil (to me), rather than coolant??? I would check both the oil, and coolant levels. If either of them are low, that would narrow it down a bit. Based on the picture, there appears to be a dark spot on the bottom of the front fender. Maybe check your left fork seal.... If you had a severely blown fork seal, it might explain what appears to be a dark spot on the fender, and liquid on the left side of the front lower cowl (that may/may-not be oil).... The GOOD news is, you didn't get any warning lights, or high temperatures!!! Let us know what you figure out

I missed that part of the post earlier.... If your bike is only a year old, then it is WAY past the coolant hose recall, and long since corrected
