Hello. Recently installed akrapovic full system exhaust. On the cylinder headers, the flanges seemed a little bent and this has gotten me a bit worried. There haven't been any leaks as far as I can tell. Just a bit skeptical right now.

Also I would like some help with this part number if possible for this bolt on the side fairings. Thanks..

I could be wrong, but there usually is no physical way to remove and replace the flanges on finished exhaust products, so that would usually mean sending the entire exhaust back to be replaced with a new one.

Looks like previous owner over tightened the flange nuts.

Is this okay to ride? There hasn't been any leaks so far

Ya, I'd say you can ride if not leaking. Lucky one did not break off or strip the threads.

Do you think I should possibly replace the studs...? How dangerous could this situation be, even though it's not leaking
Hard to say.
I would have to take it all back apart, and inspect everything.
I could straighten those flanges in a vice.
Then I would have to carefully inspect the studs to see how badly they are bent.
