I get a pretty nasty death wobble doing about 40 mph. The bike was in an accident and the shop was suppose to put new forks in it. I figure the front tire would be out of balance so I had that done today and still no luck. I dont think they actually replaced the forks because the same scratch on the bottom by where the rod goes through the well is still there. Is it possible that one of the tubes may be still bent? I did change to the Vortex clipons but I dont believe that would of caused it. The bike will track in a straight line if im going under 40 and let go.

Could be the steering head bearing. I had a problem with mine that led to a severe wobble. Could be forks also, but I'm sure you'd notice if they were bent.
