Hi chaps,

Just wanted to quickly share the headlight mod I completed yesterday on my Raven R3.

Led Switchback DRL+Amber tubes installed inside (yes inside) the headlight unit.

I have some of that tube as well. Been debating how to use it. I like the headlight idea, but im not a fan of cutting open my headlight.


Looks good though.

no cutting needed.

heat up headlight surround with heatgun and glue softens.

gently prise apart unit working your way round the perimeter.

heat up edges and push together whilst keeping heat on (not too hot) to keep glue soft and allow to cool when in position.

patience is all you need
