Yes indeed, which is in my case a very nervous one. Good thing for me is that they put Europe in the second place from the beginning, so when i obtained my licence i knew it was going to take 5 months to get my MC. It's not nice that they told you Americans that the R3 would arrive end of January/begin February in the first place, i guess the two continents end up delivering the R3 around the same date.
