Hey guys,


I'm new here and am new to motorcycle too. I live in the East coast (NC) and will be getting a YZF-R3 if it comes out or the R25. I almost got the 300 last year but when I heard Yamaha was going to put out the R25 I got on the waiting list lol. Hope to help a lot of this forum if R3/R25 goes official.

Welcome to the forum. I haven't heard anything about the R25 making it to america, likely you'll see the R3.

I was also looking at this segment but wasn't blown away by the Kawasaki Ninja or the CBR300. Thought I would wait for the R3 to come out so that I didn't regret my buying decision later when the R3 eventually came out.

thats the best thing to do.
wait and see how well all compare but i have a lot of my money on the R3, Yamaha has yet to disappoint me.
