Changing my front sprocket -1. What size is the nut on the sprocket to remove it? And i would have to move my rear wheel back to adjust it correct?

Have fun rowing through those gears! You should have went +1 on the front!

I see this is your very first post, so:

1) Welcome
2) Reviewing existing threads before posting can save lots of time
3) If you measure the nut, you'll likely find that it is 29mm: http://www.r3-forums.com/forum/522-drivetrain/86922-415-chain-sprockets.html

Changing sprockets almost always requires you to adjust axle position. Good luck with the mod.
