Getting high while riding

No, not that! Just riding up in the bighorns!
Hwy16 west out of buffalo, wy. I was around 9500 feet or so, with mountains around me topping 12k. Just a couple pics until I go back out there.

Looks like it was a fun ride! Here in Pennsylvania, we have the Allegheny Mountain Range which is a northern extension of the vast Appalachian Mountain Range. My favorite type of riding is through state and national forest areas where the land has been preserved.

Went through the Big Horns a couple years ago. They are just beautiful. I wish we could have stopped at some of the sites. Unfortunately we were had limited time and were on our way to Yellow Stone and the Bear Tooth Highway.

Some more pics, from my 410 mile ride today. Some fantastic roads and beautiful country...enjoy!

The winding road is hwy 14, it climbs a couple thousand feet in just a few miles with lots of good corners and switchbacks, the waterfall is called Shell falls.
