If you hit the "Show More" at the bottom of the info, you can see that all the references are to a modified R25, so I'n guessing it's actually that.

Like said, probably an r25.
there are some dealers out there working with grey market parts distributors.
They "borrow" the parts, only to be used in showrooms, or at best dyno testing; but not actually to be ridden.
They do this to inspire buyers like us to custom mod.
Usually it are several part upgrades in one bike.
Some will have to return the parts after showing them,
others can keep the parts.
It's all about commercial. Some of the craziest mods are sponsored, usually for display or show purposes only.
