Edit: update. Follow this procedure to get the TRS system fitted.

1. Put both pins in the TRS frame. Position the pin on the right side and angle the frame so that the left side is not interfering.




2. Slide the right side pin into place. Once the right pin is all the way over the nut, then you should have enough clearance to angle the left side of the frame into place.




3. With everything aligned, you should be able to push the left side pin into it's place. Done.

Following.

I was going to order my pin kit but maybe i'll wait to see how this thread goes first. I'd hate to have to buy a new frame.

Yes I have the R3 specific pins. I've used this on 4 other bikes now, but this is the first time I couldn't figure it out.

I'll update the thread in the morning when I get a hold of them.

Update:

I called Pit Bull and we got it figured out. Sometimes these pins are a real puzzle. Follow my directions in the updated first post.

I highly recommend this system, it makes trailering bikes a breeze.
