Looks to be complete bodywork replacement set, incl. tank cover, undertray and side covers - hellava price. (can't imagine the labor rate on those).

THey come in Gray Primer color only...

I got a quote on shipping for some parts from Layz, a rear fender hugger and under cowl was quoted at almost $380 USD for shipping $100 of parts, I bet the whole fairing kit will run over $600 shipped to the USA.
