Looks like you have the line looped around the fender mount on the fork. That is not ideal, it creates a trap that air can be caught in. Looks like the line is going straight down at 6 o'clock off the master. If you position it more like 4 o'clock towards the fairing stay then run it back towards the caliper it will be routed more like the OEM brake line and use the excess hose without having to loop it anywhere.

I installed per the manufacturer. Vacuumed the line, so no air. At 4 o'clock position the line sticks out past the handle bars. at 8 o'clock position the line hits the tire. Unlike the OEM line, this is very ridged. Mr. Spears has been running his brake line like this this whole past season with 0 problems. I trust his knowledge and experience, so I will do it the way he describes.
