Yes its from the R25 but really dont expect anything different once R3 turns up.

It is neither the best or worst looking instrument cluster that I have ever seen. I think that the Yamaha FZ-09's instrument cluster is nicer though. Too bad that Yamaha didn't just use that.

It just seems more streamlined, probably partly because of the lack of a analog gauge.

hear you fully! My issue with digital is you can't pick it up from your peripherals, I've always found that after next to no seat time on a bike I can pick up the movements of the tach without having to look, mind you sound also plays a big factor as well, but you don't have that subtle visual confirmation with digital. I've always felt that a digital tach takes just an extra fraction to check and process.

Not a huge detractor in anyway, just prefer the needle thats all

Yup, unless the digital RPM gauge is just as nice.

I think that it matters less if it is analogue or digital. I just want to make sure that it displays information clearly, and in an attractive way too. I think that the R3 cluster is a bit convoluted. I've seen better ones. Its not the worst ever, but I also don't think that it is hitting it out of the ballpark.

that is actually the more important part to it all, just stating preferences. In the end, as long as it works well that's all my deepest concern is
