Interchangable Parts?

Hey guys, I'm thinking of getting a R25 as my second bike (my old one was a 125cc moped), and I'm just wondering, if the R25 and R3 parts are interchangeable, because it does look like they are off the same chassis (Body?) just with a different engine, because I'm thinking about getting an after market slip on, and accessories.

Thoughts?

Same bikes, except for the engine from the cylinders up.

R3 slip-ons and other accessories will fit
