Not on mine, and I've only had it 8 days, today. I assume dealer left it on.
Is this supposed to be on bike ?
I just noticed that there's a plastic see through wrap on the steering wheel rod, not sure on proper name 
Did my dealer forgot to take it off, or is it there for a reason ?
It's only on the left side, nothing on the right side.

lol i just discovered that peace of plastic on my bike to day
two friends and my self vere trying to figure if it had reson or not

I did notice one more "guard" that I decided not to remove because there are wires right next to it and it could help them from getting damaged.

I also noticed that black piece of door edge guard only on one side the 2nd day I had my bike. I thought maybe it was missing the one on the left side, so I went back to the dealership to look at the floor models and they were the same.
