I found these just now:

http://www.orientexpress.com/p-21267-k-tech-suspension-front-fork-spring.aspx

120 bucks for two upgraded springs...not a bad deal compared to the price of other front fork upgrade options.

Anyone running these for track race use?

What spring rate should I get for my weight? ~220 lbs with gear (I like my cheeseburgers) and intermediate paced racer

If I choose to go with a cartridge or GVE/intiminator in the future can I use these springs with the kit?

Many thanks in advance!

I'm about the same weight, maybe 5-10 lbs heavier. Not sure what springs I'll get but I'm gonna find out in a couple of weeks. I ended up going with the Traxxion Dynamics damper rod kit from YamahaR3Racing. $300 and comes with the springs needed for my fatass plus it's supposed to greatly improve the damping capabilities of the front end, but I really don't have any experience with this kit. On my previous bike, CBR500, I used Race Tech emulators and preload adjusters and that was a pretty decent setup.
