A small rock punctured the center thread. Which was worn down. Used a tubeless fix a flat and got home safely.

Next time don't use fix-a-flat, use plugs.

Your tire tech will thank you, and in fact some shops may tack on additional charges for having to clean up the aftermath of a fix-a-flat.

I used it just to get home, already purchased an S22 rear tire to replace it

Yep, just giving you a heads up for next time. Avoid fix-a-flat.
