Need help with security!

Okay so I've been trying to find a good disc lock for my R3 but so far no luck, I've searched both on Google and on here but no one seems to give straight answer which is rather annoying. I was looking into the XENA XX10-SS but it's 10 mm so it won't fit from what I've seen. The only person to actually suggest a disc lock was a XENA x1 but it doesn't function the way I want it to. I'm looking for a beefy disc locl brake with an Alarm and it should look nice like the higher end XENA models. I'm not worried about shelling out a couple hundred to ensure the safety of my bike. So please someone help! Even on Google it won't give me a disc lock for the R3. So to summarize,
A beefy disc lock
Alarm
Ice proof and all that jazz
It will fit on the R3
You have a link to it an you're sure that it's compatible with the R3
I've even looked on revzilla to see if I could find the compatible parts but no locks are shown!
Thanks to anyone that helps.

Try this out:

Print & cut out this Xena Fit Template and place against the front brake rotor. It will tell you which Xena disc locks will fit the R3. Make sure you set your printer preferences to 100% scaling......Paper size A4 with "Fit to Page" box un-checked/cleared.

Add the Xena XCA15 Chain Adapter and a hexagonal hardened link chain for added security. It currently fits the XX-15 top-of-the-line lock only, which Does Not Fit the R3. Not sure about the Bluetooth lock compatibility.....

If you can wait a bit, Xena is coming out sometime soon with a Bluetooth-enabled lock and App for Android and iOS, and it also has GPS tracking capability and shock and tilt/movement sensor, etc.

I'll have to get around to printing out the template since I don't have immediate access to one.
I was hoping someone knew from experience. I heard that some people were using the xx6 with no problem. Also the xena page doesn't even have the fucking r3 listed. New bike problems yo

I printed the template. All of the Xena locks fit the R3 except for the XX-15. With some (the ones with the 6mm pin) the pin goes through one of the small ventilation holes in the outer disc and with some (the ones with the 14mm pin) the pin goes through the slot on the inner edge of the disc or through one of the mounting couplings that connect the inner and outer parts of the rotor.

All good....

I'd still wait for the Bluetooth lock they're developing....
I have a Xena XX-6 Series Alarm Disc Lock and it's working perfectly. If you shake/move the bike or try to stand it straight, it goes off with a very loud screeching. I think I paid around $70 at the dealership. Got it even before the bike. Here's a link to one in Ebay, http://www.ebay.com/itm/Xena-XX-6-Series-Alarm-Disc-Lock-READ-DESCRIPTION-/191716126555?hash=item2ca32bef5b:g:HUcAAOSwYHxWHtOV&vxp=mtr
Here it is on my R3

Couldn't use the drag and attach file thing, so had to make an album.
I have this disc lock: http://www.revzilla.com/motorcycle/abus-trigger-345-350-alarm-disc-lock
So far it has worked pretty good.
My god, I have that exact lock... is your key set as ****ed up to use on it as it is mine? I hate Abus...
Hey I have some of those too! A short range device and a long range one for when it's parked over 10 meters away.

I ended up just purchasing the xx10 and I hope that will fit, will update when it gets here!
Anyone here use a chain lock and carry it around with them? Backpack gets too heavy and I'm sure we dont' want to use a tailbag to store it in. I'm thinking a non-magnetic tank bag and keeping it there while I ride around. I have full coverage but I always worry about leaving the bike by itself.

I just only have a disc-lock with no alarm built in.

Sometimes its a little difficult to insert the key but nothing to big. I am going to try to add some lubrication on the lock to see if it fixes the problem.

I also have one of these that I carry in my backpack along with the disc lock, microfiber cloth, lunch, cell phone, wallet, house keys, magic dry towel, 2x monster energy drinks, etc. Hahaha yeah....
I use it between the rear tire and the bike frame (on the side with the chain guard)

Your back is stronger than mine!

Do you attach it to an immovable post/object or just leave it chained up to the bike itself?
^^ just around the rear tire rim and the frame, it doesn't let the bike move forward and the disc lock in the front won't let the bike move backwards. Plus if it moves or someone tries to stand it straight, the disc alarm goes off. And I go after them :) click click boom
I've been able to carry around 30+lbs on the backpacks some days... Not like it but
