Hey guys, I was in a little accident Monday morning. As you can see I didn't damage the bike too badly, but I would like to fix all of it. I am trying to reach out and see if anyone can help me replace any of this? I am located in Rhode Island if anyone is near here. Thanks guys!

Sorry for your accident. Hopefully you're okay.

Checking on here someone is turning their bike into a track bike so a lot of stock parts.

Yeah i'm okay, got pretty bad road rash. And I have already tried to message that guy and respond to the post, but nothing. So hopefully he does.
Bummer, road rash isnt much fun.

Keep an eye around here for a while and Im sure there will be others in time looking to flog their take off pieces.

Id say ditch those weebly woobly front turn signals for a set of flush mounts from TST or somewhere else if anything :)

Parts Catalogues

It would be worth looking up the part #'s for the plastics you need anyway and phoning the dealer and seeing about pricing, depending on when/where you bought it most dealers will offer 10 or 15% off of parts for the first 30days after purchase.

Sorry to hear about it, glad you're doing ok, and it is "just" roadrash.

Do you mind sharing what happened, so that we can learn from your experience?

Thanks.

Sure man. It is mostly my own stupidity though. I work up in the city and i usually keep my bike outside, I can bring it inside when it rains, but it is a hassle so I usually keep it outside. Someone had gotten their car stolen outside my work place, but I didn't think to check my bike. So when I was finished with work I had went to go home, and the people who stole the person's car, actually tried to steal my bike. They had cut some electrical cables and tried to hot wire it. Luckily I had my forks locked and a rotor lock on. But, by them doing this, there was loss to the power of the bike. So after I fixed the wires I had taken it out again, just to see if everything was cool. When I was coming back around the street, going about 50mph, my hat tried to fly off my head; so like an idiot I tried to grab it, hit a speed wobble, and when my hand came back down I accidentally grabbed the brake. I slid about 30 feet on my ride. And of course I own a helmet, jacket, and gloves. But, I didn't wear any of it because I was mad at the time and just tried to rush it. Spent about 3 hours in the hospital because they had to scrub the gravel from out of my skin.

Sorry to hear that mate. Lucky for you the stock exhaust isn't worth keeping if you ask me. For the rest I'd go to a nearby course to check on R3's. We've got guys on the forum changing liturally almost every stock part.

Sucks when people try to steal your goods mate. :( Maybe put it inside in the future. Some species of citicens here always take an extra intested look in my shed when I park up my R3. Sucks for them my shed is like fucking Alcatraz with over 4 locks. Idiot thiefs evertwhere these days.
I have spars, brand new great price
