New helmet recommendations sought.

I am looking for a helmet with blue as the main colour, ideally to tie in with the an R3 in blue.

For me safety comes first, then looks, then price.

Thanks in advance for all recommendations. :)

There are a couple of blue ones on this thread.

Then there's this one. I have it in gray/black and really like it. Fits heads just towards slightly round from neutral.

Just ordered one of these for around town use. It's similar to the Shark Vancore, but has a face shield instead of goggles. (It shipped today, 9/18/15, so should be here in 10-12 days.)

Does the visor rotate up?

I have a Raw and am planning on picking up a Vancore when it is available here.

Yes, rotates up and also seals when down. Much, much quieter than the Vancore.

Inner Sun Visor. Fits eyeglasses, too.

FCMoto has the Vancore, too. Available now. Once you create an account and sign in , the price drops, deleting the VAT tax. Shipping to the U.S. is around $21.00 via DHL. Best deal available. I buy most of my gear from FCMoto. No issues ever.
oh yeah i saw that one haha! i got the exact same one from them about 6 months ago got it for 140.. i would have said that ut he wanted something with blue on it

I just mentioned that because of your Avatar photo....
Fellow R3 owners. ****, fellow riders.

Lets talk safety here.
I believe safety gear should be the most important thing you buy. Can't exactly ride if you're dead. So why skimp?

This article explained the ins and outs of safety gear when I was first getting into motorcycling. I would like everyone to read it. If to at least be informed, not holding a gun to your head and telling you to buy stuff.

As it stands right now, you'll get a lighter, softer, marginally safer helmet if it's made to ECE 22.05. Icon, AGV, Schuberth and many other reputable brands sell helmets made to that standard in America and every single racer on the MotoGP and SBK grids is wearing an ECE helmet, even American riders sponsored by brands which sell Snell helmets in America. Having said that, a Snell M2010 helmet is still pretty safe, just don't believe the marketing hype and don't feel the need to spend more for a helmet made to it.
I bought an Icon Airmada ($180) in black. Black (and white) are the matchiest of colors.
I don't have the biggest budget, but I got the best I could afford. I am looking to upgrade soon.

I am personally saving up for a Forcefield Armor suite and looking into kevlar.
There's enough horror stories on this forum already, I want to invest and ride a little more insulated than your average squid.
