Interesting that Yamaha UK calls the R3 colors Race Blu and Midnight Black. In the U.S. they're Team Yamaha Blue and Raven Black.
And you don't get the Rapid Red color. Curious...

Finally got my midnight black R3 here in the uk, picked it up at mid-day today with 2 miles on the clock and have since put on 74 miles on this rare sunny day here in the uk, First thoughts are the bike is alot more upright then my YZF R125 but quite comfortable so far i'm loving it, just gotta save up some money for some mods now![]()
