Hello! Been looking on the R3's since yamaha released the bike. Sat on a r3 3 weeks ago and it feels good. I'm planning to track or race the R3 if budget lets me!

Same here !! I currently have a Yamaha R15. But planning on getting the R3 in hopefully around 6 to 12 months depending on my budget. Should be a fun affordable track bike. When are planning on getting one?

Sounds awesome, I think the R3 is going to revolutionize small bore racing, and I will also be racing one, as well as several people I know. CVMA has already updated their race classes to accommodate it with a 350 supersport class. Do you every come down to Chuckwalla?

Sure seems like it's the bike for that job, won't be too surprised to see it have even more of an impact as time goes on when it gets involved more significant things like that.

I know it's been a while. Still waiting to see if can get one this year. I haven't been on the forums or track for awhile. We got at work, too many cars with recalls need to be done.

it is. 2009 r1 with bunch of mods but sold it 3 years ago. ride safe!

never did actual race but the track school i did, do some races on the last day of the course. i probably race my self then get the license then go racing. I need to do it to keep me fit.

Hi Jesse! Never been to chuckwalla. would like to be try the track in the future. i saw your progress on the R3. very nice!
