Question regarding oil(?) leakage

I just got my R3 2 days back. Great bike and all but i seem to have what looks like oil leakage to me. The front side of the engine block is bathed by oil on the outside and there are a few drops on the tyres and the fairings. The oil level is completely full(one of the dudes at the service centre messed up afaik). Could that be the reason for having so much oil out there?:nerd:

Clean all the areas where there is oil -(car wash pressure washer)
Double-check oil drain plug and oil filter are tight.
Ride bike, check for 'new' oil, then go upstream to see where it's coming from.

Hopefully, the leak was a result of loose plug/filter and that has now been corrected with the servicing.
