There are still questions surrounding exactly what engine will be put into this machine. In North America and Europe, the bike will be sold as the R3. That bike could get a parallel-twin engine. The R25 on the other hand, could be powered by a single-cylinder engine, instead of the expected parallel-twin engine.

Hopefully the debut of the R25 signals that the R3 won't be long behind.

if the r3 is just an r25 with bigger bore, will be a fail in europe, where the r125 will look meaner with an smaller engine, i mean, usd fork vs regular fork, one of the sportier riding positions vs a more relaxed one, and **** yes, the r125 is still being sold at least on spain, while a lot of other countries get the r15(which has nothing to do compared to the r125)

Doubt it, its looking more now that R25 and R3 will share a P-Twin, with R3 boosting the stroke to make it closer to 300cc. Think CBR250 to 300...

yea that is likely how its going to be

its not going to be like the ninja 300 vs the 250 where its very different

the only reason the ninja 300 was different is because it was treated as the NEW 250

the 250 was already around for some time

the r25 is just coming out

they arent going to develop a completely new chassis for the r3 at the same time

at least i dont think

but hey if they want to - go ahead - no complaints from me

I guess it's better than anything since it gives a date. Although, i look into the website background they are register to a media company in Jakarta, Indonesia. They may have a leak information or just bluffing lol. R3 probably gonna get announce the same day probably because the site is only in third world so their only gonna show the R25

Possibly, I have a feeling we will be seeing R3 later however. What will be interesting is to see if Yami will swap the R3 to USD forks for Euro/NA/Oz, seems to be good for marketing for some reason, why I'm not sure, its not like you're getting adjustability ;)
