My dealership just called to let me know my red R3 (the first in Atlanta!) will be delivered within the next few days from the Atlanta warehouse! Deposit back on March 5, financing through Yamaha finalized last week, rear stand and spools delivered to my house a few days ago.

So, it looks like the wait will soon be over for those of us in the Southeast! Anybody else got any news on their estimated delivery date?

yea, my dealer called the other day and told me the same thing. My wife and I are both getting one. Should arrive in centralVA by the first they tell me

Last I heard from my dealer in Lawrenceville, GA was that mine was being shipped end of this week with possible delivery prior to months end. My dealer is Mountain Motorsports.

Yes, and my bike came in late Thursday(!) with a call from my salesman Friday morning. Mine's at the Marietta location, but I had to work all day yesterday, and here I sit waiting for an appliance delivery set up 2 weeks ago (love those 2-hour delivery windows). Otherwise, I'd be at the dealer right now. I'm having Cycle Worthy towing pick up my bike early this week after the rain goes away. The last thing I want to do is ride a brand-new bike I am unfamiliar with in the worst 35 miles of traffic NW Atlanta has to offer!

I am fortunate to live in a great rural area that has tons of curvy back roads for riding; never any traffic, and my favorite "Isle of Man" circuit is only a mile from my house.
