figure the Ninja 300 does 39hp and 19.9 lb-ft and RC390 makes 44hp and 25.8 lb-ft.

Yeah probably crank 42HP, but at the wheel it's more like 37 at the wheel. It goes for RC390 and ninja (crank 39HP but 31 at wheel.) It' doesn't really matter though it plenty of power and if you want more just rebuild the engine and mod the bike.

Ah, more than enough to get one into trouble. I would argue, if one wants more power one should buy a bigger bike. Was just looking at a 91 ZX7 on Kijiji, $2,500 0
