Very nice. This is one fender I may eliminate too especially since we no longer need a place for an inspection sticker due to a change in state laws. I like the idea of losing a little weight too and although the stock muffler is not huge, you probably saved a little weight and surely improved the sound. Pretty brave resting the forks of that rear stand on the axle nut. I never saw that before.

How about a close up of the rearsets? And yes, resting on the axle is brave--you can get 6mm spools for about $12.00 on Ebay. If the gas cap is not lockable, you hopefully have secure parking/storage wherever you go? I also got the Yosh fender eliminator--kinda complicated with all the bolts and nuts. There was one from Vagabond racing (?) mentioned elsewhere on this forum that had all the bolts and brackets pressed and welded into one piece for easier installation.

thanks for the complements actually if u are planning to get a slip on i highly recommend that u get a full system (IT SOUNDS THE SAME JUST LIKE THE STOCK BECAUSE OF THE CAT) the next thing Im planning to do is need to find a shop to get the CAT out so it will sound way better.

I painted my windscreen Plastic Dip cuz me $6 its pretty easy and nice looking.

i do have an alarm system on it and it works pretty good.

this is the HID follow the link it comes with slim ballast too save u some space

Thanks! The reviews have me a little skeptical on their HID kits. I've had good experiences with the Morimoto brand from theretrofitsource, but their prices are a little higher ($150) and I'm looking for a "slim" kit for bike use.

Will continue to research around.

Looks great esp. the fender eliminator. Why can't manufacturers do this at the factory? Seems like it would save them money by not having to add that monster piece on the rear.
