Anyone knows if Europe will be doing this aswell? Otherwise we may die too
R3 in Mexico included?

Hi!

I have an R3 in Jalisco , México.

Do we have any news on what specific bikes are being affected?. Are all of the R3 assemble in the same place? or same continent?.

My dealership has not contacted me, and I believe they should, even thought I may not have a defective motorcycle. This is really important.

Please let us know to people outside the United States, if they have more news , and if there's any kind of test they can do to our motorcycles in the Yamaha centers, to make sure we don't have the same problem.

Please do so now. I ride my R3 everyday to the office.

I'm leaving my mail: [email protected]

Hi all,

So I called Client Support in Mexico.

They've told me, that they know so far, is only affecting Black R3s. Mine, fourtunately is Red/White. Can someone from Yamaha here confirm this?.

They said that all of these bikes were stopped from selling, and the ones on the street conectacted and changed.

I don't know about you guys, but I'd still be checking now and then that specific part of the bike before riding.

=/..

Wish they could be more open on the information about where specifically this issue was (what manufacturer in the world, months and if there is any test that can be made), and if it is in fact an issue that can be linked to the colour of the bike.

Thanks!

Check this list very carefully because the number
of affected units is very limited and involves specific
Primary ID numbers, not a range.
