Easy install. Fits great! Makes the R3 feel more securely planted on all surfaces. Shipping took 8 days from China.

Installation note: keep the two center screws very loose until all the perimeter screws are tightened down, then tighten the center screws. Blue loctite is always a good thing to add.

Here's the seller:

looks good! Much bigger footprint. Think I'll pick one up myself, how is shipping?

Shipping took 8 days. I've bought 3-4 items from this seller and they always arrive quickly.

He's located in Guangzhou, China.
Could you tell us why you chose them over the Dimotiv Side Stand Enlarger?

Thanks!

Thanks!
Because the Dimotiv one is almost $20 more expensive. All Dimotiv products are good quality and some of their designs are nice, but they're WAY over-priced.
i orded same one
Roads here up in the mountains just have soft dirt shoulders. This works much better on that surface than the stocker.

Feels more secure on paved roads/macadam/tarmac/sealed roads, too.
Considering this. It feels like the stock one slips a little before "settling" if that makes sense.

To bad there's not really a way to stand the bike more upright.

I've also felt that "slip". Maybe just play/slop in the stand pivot?

This enlarger raises the R3s left side about 3/16"......
Anyone got kickstand pad ?

I'm thinking about grabbing those kickstand extension plates to have a bit more of a bigger surface area for the kickstand.
I'm always iffy when getting off the bike, and guessing this would help parking on any non hard surface.
Anyone got one ? Mind showing a pic ?

Here's few I found so far, not sure if those with 3 or 4 screws are secure enough.

I ordered one but am waiting for it from Japan though Web!ke. I got the Bikers (Thailand part Co) kickstand pad. Will help on those hot days while parking on asphalt.

Web!ke has kickstand pads from 3 different companies (Dimotiv, Bikers,& some brand called "KKK Product" in a variety of colors.

Web!ke kickstand pads

Here is the direct link to the Dimotiv one. and on Ebay

I ordered the Bikers one but am totally feeling the Dimotiv now, especially in gold. Dimotiv has a store on Ebay too. Here is the Dimotiv Ebay store front. Wherever you order one of these from, it'll take a bit since it'll be from Japan or Taiwan.

Be warned. Once you start surfing Web!ke, you'll start incessantly adding parts to your cart. Trust me. Already done like 2 orders of multiple parts.

Got one of those side stand foots like the one from Dimotiv, but from ebay. didnt quite fit right and after a 3 hours worth of highway and mountain riding 2 of the 3 screws had come loose.

That blows the big one. :| Haven't gotten mine yet, but I'll post pics and give a review of its performance once I do.
I did it pretty tight, but as a friend pointed out that he normally would use Loctite or something similar on something like this.

I eventually took it off due to paranoia. I normally keep a puck under the seat cowl if i need to park on the soft stuff.

Definitely need to use Blue Loctite on the screws. Mine has stayed on and the screws are still tight.

See my post above....It doesn't look as nice as the Dimotiv but it fit fine and does the job.
Got this one from eBay. Looks like decent quality. Not that this is a high tech part that really requires anything fancy.

$9 is a lot cheaper than the other products listed. Only took 7 days shipping to get from China to California.
