1st ride in the twisties since getting my R3 a few weeks ago. HWY 178 between 11 and the NC border. Best viewed with sound off because the built in mic just picks up a bunch of wind noise.

Don't expect any knee-draggin here; I'm not an expert rider, just out having fun on the new toy!

Thanks for the post. Brings back tons of memories. I bought my first street bike in Charleston. I've tried to tell cali riders about SC and the tree lined roads with Spanish moss. I also miss the huge poker runs.

Enjoy the R3

really beautiful place to ride!
sometimes it's fun not to ride fast too there's a lot to see around without just letting things pass by you without noticing their beauty

You would probably need a raft today with all the water in SC; Charleston floods easily in heavy rains, at least it did in the cadet parking lot back in 1984 when I was at The Citadel. Great riding in the Upstate between Spartanburg and Western NC. The Cullowhee-Clemson ride was pretty good, too.
