An update has been sent out for the app on the 27th of April.
Can you try updating your app and see if that clears things up?

The issue started after the update.

I asked because I am also running on the new update, and am unable to come across this same issue on my iphone 5s, and on the iPad.
Have you guys by chance updated the iOS recently?
Also do you guys find that the error shows up during certain pages on the site?
Or just randomly through out it?
Also, this may not help but can yor try clearing the Cache from the app.
On the main page go to "Me" on the bottom left of the page, Settings and scroll down to "Clear Cache".
Let me know if that has helped at all.

I tried clearing the cache. The issue still persists.
I just updated the app. Apparently this issue with the plugin has come up in the past with other forums as well.
I am not much of a developer but I was trying to see if the issue with plugin is with this forum or is it a wide spread issue.
For me, its whenever i open a thread. Just cleared the cache, still occurring. Im using ios 9.3.1 on an iPhone 6
I am on iOS 9.3.1 on a 6s+
Not seeing the same issue on my end. Can you try deleting and reinstalling the app?

Just deleted and reinstalled it. There was also a new update earlier today. It fixed the issue on VWvortex and Audizine. Still having issues here though.

Can you reinstall the plugin? Or disable and enable it again? Other forums have had similar issues in the past
Just tried a few other devices.Im also having the issue on an iPod touch and ipad air2

What version of Tapatalk are you using? To find this out, go into the Tapatalk app and click on 'Me', scroll down to the bottom of the page and it should tell you what version number it is. Have you tried clearing out the cache after installing the newest version of Tapatalk? Even with the uninstall and reinstall it has a habit of pulling the older cache files.

Hey guys,
When you are prompted with the Plugin Error, if you tap outside of the error box does the site kick in normally?
Also do you find that this happens throughout the site, or on specific threads when they are opened?
Possibly from a certain Section of the site?

We need to hit okay for the dialogue to close. After that there are no errors.
However, when I move from 'following' to 'notifications' tab and click on any post, the error pops back up.
Also, my subscription feeds haven't been updating. I am able to see the new messages when I close the error box and navigate to the thread.
My notifications from other forums are updating normally under notifications tab.

When the message shows up, you cant click away. It makes you hit ok. After hitting ok, it is normal.
At first it was when I opened a thread. Now its whenever i open the forum. Every once in a while itll say it in a random thread. It has improved after the last update.
