Hey Riders,

i have ordered my R3. You'll see the Colour in a couple of weeks on some pictures ;) Guess which one it is :p
I am thinking of buying an Full Exhaust System. But not sure about that.
Maybe a Slip-On would be enough.
I like the Style from Akrapovic... Especially from this one: LINK
The next thing is, that this Full Exhaus System is not legal in Germany. But the othe 2 Slip-On's the Carbon and the Silver one are not looking good for me.
I don't like the TwoBrothers Sound.
The Yoshimura R77 looks okaaay, but has an awesome Sound...
The Scorpion Exhaust looks very nice, but the Sound seems just like well okay...
Are there any other nice Exhausts? Or FULL Exhausts which are legal in Germany?

Looks okay, gonna look now for a Sound Test.
Here it is. Sound quality of the video isn't great

Plus, they're a French company so shipping should be pretty cheap to Germany or some local shop may stock them...

Mhm sounds okay. Akrapovic is way better as for my taste. I'll wait till someone compares them all hehe.
Thanks Fang :*
If they are a French company, then why are they in Thailand?

They are 100% from French.
Look here: LINK

BIG (no, HUGE actually) market in Asia for 250s, so a regional office in Thailand makes sense.

Manufacturing plant is in St-Pierre-en-Faucigny in Haute-Savoie, France. Has ISO 2001 certification.

I have the Akrapovic SS full system you pictured, and I have a sound clip around here somewhere comparing it with and without the quiet insert. But I must have put my hand over the mic on accident because half way through the sound gets shitty. I'll try to find it and upload it for you.

That would be awesome!!
Couldn't find an Full Exhaust Akrapovic Realistic Sound Video yet :c
I'll upload a better sound clip with higher revs and my hand not over the mic as soon as I get my bike back from Hotbodies, but here for now:

Okay, would be very nice :3 Thaaanks!
I ordered the D5M stainless slip-on muffler from Devil Evolution a few minutes ago--$302.00 including shipping to Atlanta. And as for the French being in Thailand, well there was French Indochina, remember? Dien Bien Phu?

They have the option of ordering the rest of the full system later on if you decide to go "all the way" after getting just the slip-on muffler. What all is involved with an engine re-tune if I went with the full system down the line?
