Decided to get my oil done before the season and brought it into the dealer - looks like they overfilled it?

It seems to be a little higher, but nothing too major. I decided to test again and warmed up the bike for 5 minutes and then let it cool down for 2 minutes. Not much changed

I also noticed the white filmy at the top of the oil, is this normal? To confirm, it is around 34 degrees F when I tested the oil level

IDK, Im not a lubrication specialist but the level is def okay, but not sure about the white film on the surface of the oil. Err on the side of caution and change it maybe? Thats what I would do. Warm it up, let it drain real good for a while, plug her up and give her a drink. Pre-filling the filter is a bit of a time saver.

I appreciate your responses, I tend to stress maybe a little more than I should. So took the bike out for a 20 minute ride - temps were half in the gauge. Parked, leveled, and cooled down for 3 minutes. Here is the result:

It’s probably in my head. Bike runs and shifts perfectly
