Nice, but... OUCH!! $415 for the pair. I'mma start with the front master cylinder swap and SS brakelines for a fraction of the cost. Then maybe some new pads.

Lines and pads change out alone should make a big difference!
Why would you put over kill brakes on the R3 for? If its a track bike then keeping your speed up in the turns is everything so using up all those brakes would be kind of pointless.

lines and pads is all you need
All you need is stock, no reason not to upgrade to killer brakes if it's what you want!

Any 320mm rotor kits yet?
Yes, a track rider. I don't like my spongy brake lever feel. I put a Honda RC-51 master cylinder and SS brakelines on my track ninja 2-fitty and love the firm feel with minimal lever travel. Jus a matter of preference I guess.

I'll see some of the Galfer guys tomorrow - - I didn't see R3 discs in the current Galfer catalog, but apparently they are making them. I'll try to get the skinny on U.S. distributors/vendors.

Any word from the Galfer USA guys?
I also noticed EBC has contour rotors for front and back but only for sale on their euro site and can't seem to locate the part here in the states yet.
I sent them a ping to see what they say.

It seems none of the Galfer stuff for the R3 is available yet, at least in the U.S. I'm waiting for a set of Galfer pads I ordered from Hard Racing and they asked if I wanted to cancel or wait because there's no word from Galfer yet on an availability date.

I got caught up in some issues with one of the teams that weekend and didn't get over to talk to the Galfer guys as I'd hoped. Post up what you find out. Thanks

Agreed.
Its nice to be able to one finger feather the lever and get some scrub on the fronts for small deep corner entry or etc. adjustments
