Share what you did today with the R3 community.

Example: I got rid of the oem fender with a comp werkes eliminator kit today!

Example: Just got driven rearsets.

Example: Gave the R3 a good wash and wax while the sun was still out.

I totally agree. I use a pair of wind blocking earplugs that let other sound frequencies through. Not only do they block wind noise significantly, but they're as good as an aftermarket exhaust in terms of improving my bikes' engine sounds.

Replaced broken left-hand side pillion fairing. Quick and easy but found something that raised my eyebrows a bit along the way. Where the heck are the seat bolts?!?!

If it helps, the bolts require an 8mm socket to undo and I'd say they are either M4 or M5. I can't confirm that as I'm not near my bike.

Thanks Dreadwil. We pulled the pillion and plastic plate. Son just pulled the seat off and we didn't think anything of it until we started putting everything back together. Local dealer has them so will be paying them a visit tomorrow.
Vinyl-wrapped heel guards and trim panel between both seats. I was unable to break free the hex head bolts that secure the driver side heel guard, so I wrapped over them. This was my first vinyl wrap attempt so I’m not good at it. I got a couple of small creases on the trim panel. I’ll see how durable the wrap is and redo it if needed.

I think it looks ok, and I can always peel it off if I get tired of that look.

Started it up, put in gear, feathered the clutch the length of the backyard driveway in 1st gear to the street just to feel its massive torque compared to the POS KTM 200 Duke that tried everything in its power to get me to bugger the MSF course 😂 😂. Sadly, the whole exercise was to make room so I could pull out grill and get my munch-a-crunch on. Taking it for a spin after dinner.
Changed the front for to fully adjustable with Adreanni cartridges.
Mounted a steering damper from Hyperpro and a rear shock.

How did you wire them up? Isnt there a way to wire them so that when you're riding, they come on when you hit the brakes? Ive got a 2022 R3 and a LED underglow kit with a switch, but not sure exactly how to wire them up so they dont drain my battery and i can turn on/off whenever,
